Our records indicate you have purchased Mon Chateau Comfort Gel Mat between 26/12/22 and 24/03/23. The product supplier Mon Chateau company has recently identified that the corners of the some mats may curl up, causing the mats to not lay flat on the floor. This curling may increase the risk of tripping, posing a safety hazard.

We have been informed by the product supplier Fender Musical Instruments Corporation that the product tuner does not have a secure button battery compartment that is resistant to being opened by children. The tuner does not contain a regulatory warning for button battery. This is an ingestion hazard for young children and the product is unsafe.

The correct date code is Use By 18/11/2022.
