If you’re already on the login page, click "Forgot your password?" to request a new one. This will take you to the recover password page. Enter the email address you used for your online account, then click “Send email”. You’ll receive an email with a link to change your password.

When you open the email, click "Reset your password", then enter your new password in both fields to make sure it’s correct. Once this is done, click “Confirm” and you’ll receive a confirmation message. You can now log into your account with your new password and start shopping!

If you can’t find the email to reset your password in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder before trying again.
